WHAT IS PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY?

Photodynamic therapy is a revolutionary method for treating acne, antiaging and skin regeneration, while also acting as a soothing treatment for wound healing. Photodynamic therapy is applied to the face, back and décolleté area.

Photodynamic therapy faces a number of facial skin conditions:

1. Acne

2. Acne scars

3. Blotches

4. Wrinkles and fine lines

5. Dryness of the skin

6. Photoaging

7. Discolorations

HOW DOES IT AFFECT THE BODY?

The blue light of photodynamic therapy has an antimicrobial effect and fights acne in an effective and immediate way.

Red light helps collagen production, reducing blotches and signs of aging.

Yellow light is associated with lymphatic circulation, leading to the elimination of toxins.

White light has a strong soothing action

Green light corrects the appearance of oily skin

Purple light visibly reduces wrinkles

Are there side effects?

The treatment is completely painless, without side effects and safe. Works independently and in combination with other treatments such as dermabrasion, peels, mesotherapy, hydration, cleansing, etc. Photodynamic therapy is a completely safe procedure, which does not include side effects, and you will not feel any discomfort during the treatment.

WHAT SHOULD I BE CAREFUL AFTER PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY?

For a few days after the treatment, it would be advisable to avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, especially during the hot summer months, as well as to regularly use a sunscreen with a high protection factor for a period of 4-5 days.

HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE REQUIRED?

The ideal number of sessions of photodynamic therapy depends on the severity of acne, skin type and response to each treatment. Usually 4-8 sessions every 2-4 weeks need to be applied.
