EMS
WHAT IS EMS?
EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) is an innovative form of training where we can train several muscle groups at the same time through electrical stimulation.
30 minutes of EMS electrostimulation treatment corresponds to 3-4 hours of exercise.
How does it work?
With the help of electrical stimulation the muscles located between two electrodes are activated sequentially in each cycle of contractions. These contractions are more intense than a single voluntary physical exercise and can be compared to those during a weight training session.
EMS simultaneously stimulates the whole body.

How long does the session last?
