To ensure maximum safety and effectiveness, it is recommended to shave the treatment area 2–3 days prior to your session. Avoid any other hair removal methods (such as waxing, depilatory creams, tweezing, threading, or electric devices), as these remove the hair follicle — which is the laser's target.

Also, avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least one month, and do not use products containing acids or retinol, nor undergo other exfoliation treatments (such as peeling, dermabrasion, or microneedling) for at least two weeks before the procedure.

If mild irritation occurs, apply a soothing or moisturizing cream and, if needed, use cool compresses. Avoid saunas, hot showers, and intense sweating for at least 24 hours. Sun exposure should be avoided for 48 hours.
